Frequently asked questions.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. All prints and merchandise are fulfilled on demand and shipped directly to you.
How long will my order take?
Orders are made one at a time. Please allow around 2–3 weeks for production and delivery, depending on where you are in the world.
Who prints and ships the items?
We use a trusted partner called Printful. They handle everything from printing to packaging, so we can stay focused on photography and supporting our NGO partners.
Where does the money go?
Each print sold directly helps. A portion of the sale goes to the person in the photo or the NGO we're working with, like our first partner — the ISCO Foundation in Jakarta. The rest supports future shoots, production, and keeping this project going.
Why did you choose ISCO?
ISCO is doing important work providing education and support to children in under-resourced communities. They were generous with their time and helped us make our first photographic rekkie. Our collaboration is built on mutual trust, and proceeds from related print sales will help support their ongoing work.
Are the people in the photos okay with being featured?
Yes — nothing is shared without full, informed consent. We explain the project in a way that’s clear and understood, and no images are published without that conversation.
Can I donate without buying a print?
Absolutely. There’s a donation section on the site, and we’ll also feature live projects you can support directly — like the one with ISCO.
Will you be adding more projects?
Yes. The goal is to collaborate with 10 NGOs over time. Each will have its own dedicated gallery and funding model — built around the same idea of using prints to provide direct financial support.
What’s coming next?
We're launching our first studio portrait series in July. After that, we’ll begin rolling out limited-edition NFTs, exhibitions, and special collections that share stories and raise funds in new ways.
What kind of merchandise will be available?
Alongside fine art prints, we’re developing a small line of merchandise that reflects the values of the project — designed with care and produced responsibly.
Is this a charity?
No, it’s a social enterprise. That means we run as a business with a clear social mission. Every sale supports real people and keeps the platform running — transparently and sustainably.
How can I get involved or collaborate?
If you're an NGO, creative, brand, or just someone with an idea, we’d love to hear from you. Visit the contact page to reach out — we’re always open to meaningful partnerships.
